4-1 hull:

The main hull components will be welded by submerged arc automatic or semi-automatic welding, manual welding and gas shielded welding; butt welding can use tungsten inert gas shielded welding (TG); fillet welding can use molten inert gas shielded welding (MG).

The welding craft and the water sealing craft is very important for yacht. Ms Shipbuilding co., ltd. Usually use the 5083H116 aluminum alloy sheet and AMg5Mr aluminum alloy profile. Automatic submerged arc welding uses HQ 8A welding wire and 403 (431) flux, manual arc welding uses junction 422 welding rod, and argon arc welding uses R5556 aluminum-magnesium alloy welding wire or materials cut from aluminum alloy base materials. The circumferential seams of the main hull and the end joints of the deck, the butt joints, the stern shaft frame and its connecting members shall be welded with 42 low-hydrogen type welding rods. The welding materials used for the hull, such as welding rods, welding wires, shielding gas, etc., should comply with the relevant regulations of the China Classification Society’s “Rules for the Classification and Construction of Steel Inland Ships” (2002).

Hull is manufactured by Keel structure, and international anti fouling primer and topcoat for the bottom.

4-2  Deck

Aluminum alloy operational platform, agnes glass shed, one rear storage box, rear protection bar, Stainless steel front bar, stainless steel whirlwind, one navigation light. Two fixed aluminum alloy chairs load 3-4 persons of each, rubber fenders.

4-3  Steering system and GPS, RADAR and VHF (which is optional)

The yacht should be equipped with an automatic fire extinguishing system according to the owner’s ability to automatically shut down the engine and generator when the fire extinguishing system is activated. The manual fire extinguisher is placed in the rear deck storage cabinet. 4-6 adult life jackets, 2 buoys, 4 anti-collision ball, one 5kg anchor.

If I were you I will choose aluminum yacht, i will say aluminum yacht is better? Why?

Please i just on behalf of MS Shipbuilding co., ltd. To discuss this matters, and of course our shipyard could manufacture both aluminum yacht and fiberglass yacht, and some steel vessels.

1, To protect the global environment each person has the responsibility, the earth is our common house. You know to build a fiberglass yacht will cause how much pollution?

The materials of FRP are mainly glass fiber (a hazardous substance), epoxy resin (non-toxic), and glass curing agent-ethylene diamine (a toxic pollutant).

As early as 1999, American marine architect Eric Sponberg issued a warning in the recreational boating industry. He published an article called “Recycled Dead Boats”. Quoting his original words, he said: “This industry uses glass fiber reinforced plastic (GRP), a durable and almost indestructible material to build ships, which is simply ‘lifting a rock and hitting one’s own feet’.”

2, If you dislike it, the materials can not be re-cycle use and you have to prepare a space for it even for many many years. So when you want to by a fiberglass yacht please make sure you have enough space for it in case some day you drop it. And nearly no body will buy the used FRP materials. But for the aluminum yacht, you could destroy it and at least you could sell the aluminum alloy plate nearly by the half price of the new, usually sell as per tonnage, now in china the second hand aluminum alloy plate is RMB28000/tonnage, you could image, if your yacht is 600-200000ton, you will nearly keep your cost return at least 1/5-1/2. So fiberglass is not economic for using end deal with.

3, FRP is not easy to customized if just for just one sample. The fiberglass yacht need to build by a mould, if you want build a special designed fiberglass yacht, no the mould is not possible, so firstly you must try to open a mould for it, and open a mould will cost a long time and also the higher charges, once the mould finished it could not revise again. Comparably with aluminum yacht, it is more flexible, you could change and revise anywhere as you like, and even no drawings is possible for some jon boat, just by some keels fixed is OK.

4, Fiberglass yacht will take more space for the mould or the wall etc. That will make the yacht inner space is smaller than aluminum boat, and the fiberglass yacht is more heavier, so it is not fuel-saving.

5, For the colors aluminum yacht is more colorful painting than fiberglass yacht. So bad looking for the fiberglass. Looking is very important no matter who you are or where you are from, when we meet beautiful things, we must spend more time to see it. To see means we are impressed by it, and will think it more maybe to do some action at current or in the following time, that is beauty influence. We have to admit that, yes Alice is the same. Ms Aluminium Boat shipyard 6 designers all take part in this video meeting and writing your points and their aspiration, usually after one week we will issue you 7 drawings for your check and choice, remember it is 7 drawings for you not 6 because we have a standard drawings for your own revise and mark. The yacht length, width, depth/draft all data can be customize.

For example a landing craft, the buyer just want 6m, because of the trailer size limitation and the easy transportation tools. Yes they are important, but the yacht is more important than all of them,6m landing craft could do what, it even damage all the landing craft features and looks strange, right. Then the buyer decided to by 7m, haha, it is just one meter, yes, just because of this one meter could do many things.We really happy they are so kind listen to our suggestion, but the actual is 7.5m length is a super size, we again issued our idea, maybe the buyer be not happy, yes business is business, to makes happy could any time, and now we must more strict for the boat, and focus on its future performance. Finally the landing craft 7.5m*2.5m*1.2m is celebrate, then in the following time there were 18 same landing craft came from the same buyer.

♕To customize the yacht space pattern.

Your speed yacht, your luxury boat must want to use each space  more compact, more scientific, more reasonable, that is the basic respect to each yacht.

To have a yacht means have a higher requirements for life, and the yacht must be really higher requirements for the yacht owner.

The yacht should have bedroom, living room, bathroom, kitchen, even party room, reading room and wine room etc. It should meet the yacht own each basic daily requirements. As we known even a 50ft yacht, the inner space is so limited, it can be three floors, how to design each floors with so many rooms, which should be in the first floor and which should be in the top fly-bridge, all is a question, should break and forget traditional idea. Too small is tight, too big is waste, that is a challenge but we could conquer it with strict design and 25 years full professional experiences.

The customize yacht materials we firstly according to the clients target price to do some adjustment, if no further requirements, we will do as our common and environmental-friend materials to build and decorate the yacht.

The yacht wall panel, we will choose SPC or WPC wall panels with thickness at least 8mm, SPC and WPC is a new energy materials, the most advantage is: zero formaldehyde, water-proof, fire-proof, thousands of color option, longer using life, easy to clean. The color can be wooden texture, wall panel texture, marbled or cloth or even 3D or 5D effect, actual looking as:

 The yacht floor also can be SPC materials, besides above advantages, also anti-sliding, could use for bathroom and yacht head floor.

The battery and silent type marine generator should be considered, we could according the daily power using to check the generator house power.

The marine lights (starboard light, stern light, searching light, signal light etc.) and inner space power supply plug for kitchen and bathroom device and your mobiles.

The hardware materials, we usually do by 316 stainless steel for the hinges, rod holder, sockpit drain, deck filter, row lock, crane hook, steering wheel.
